The nights start to blur.
You know what happens after enough years.
The nights start to blur. You remember the feeling but not the details. Which house was that. What happened at the end. Who was with you when you walked out shaking.
I went looking for something that would fix that. Nothing existed. So I made it.
Passport to Horror: Journey Around the Fog is a small, dark, ornate booklet built for one night. One page per house. A stamp area, a date field, witness notes. You carry it through every house, fill it in while the details are still sharp, and put it on a shelf when the season ends.
Three years from now you pull it out and remember exactly which house wrecked you.
I have been going since 2002. When I held the finished copy for the first time, the pages surprised me. Not quite a real passport, but closer than I expected. Maybe 60 or 70 percent of the way there. Enough that you notice it.
This is the first edition. 25 made. When they are gone, this version is gone.
